In 1996, Rick Pasche opened Lousiana-inspired Pasche’s Seafood Kitchen perfecting his Cajun-style seafood cuisine using the secrets he learned years ago while living in the South. Each item on the menu is prepared using the freshest ingredients available and bathed in sauces and spices made from scratch every day.
